I apologize for the delay in blogging, we have moved our office and there was a 10 day wait to get internet installed in our place. What did we do without internet again?? Anyway we still don’t get it until Thursday evening so I’m bringing work home with me to blog :)
I was lucky enough to be able to come along to Sharon and Matt’s wedding at a very familiar place – Cornell University. Being from right near there I love the area and it’s always a pleasure to photograph weddings at a place as beautiful at CU.
I love the Chuck Taylor’s for wedding shoes (you have to be comfortable!)

Sage really is a stunning Chapel (even if the priest did say more than once “a wedding is not a photo op right?” You’re asking the wrong person Father :)

More often than not I photograph shorter ceremonies, so I get what I can and then get in position to grab the kiss and if I’m able to try and get some funky ceremony stuff in between – awesome. However when I get an hour long mass like this I try and get a little more creative and “in between” shots. I love this one of Matt…

My favorite time of the day!

It helps when I get a good looking couple

We didn’t get that amazing sunset light that I love so much, but we did find a couple great locations

Often imitated, never duplicated… our signature fun bridal party shot

This spot was a favorite of mine as well

I want to thank Sharon and Matt for having me at their wedding, and I also want to thank my good friend Matt Antonino for coming out and rocking my world!

Luke that last shot it excellent!

Luke & Matt – the photos are amazing! We loved working with you and want to thank you for trekking all over Cornell so that we could visit all the awesome photo spots (not so easy on a hot and humid August day)! Can’t wait to see the rest of the pictures!!
